An Appeal (We r in the same boat brother)

This is a message from & to all the part-time, contractual & guest lecturers of the Colleges & Universities of West Bengal. We at the present juncture existence may declare ourselves to be the most humiliated & oppressed faction of the educated & intellectual community. Fighting for our legal & social rights we should all, under an unified platform, strive to achieve for ourselves a much better tomorrow, a society where temporary teachers will enjoy security of their service, and will not be inhumanly driven out like stray dogs, out of the campus, by the so-called dignified & elevated college authorities. We would strive till the goal is reached, come what may, & should take a pledge to stand together, hand in hand, to strengthen the present struggle. The present blog started with this objective, invites writings & suggestions along with useful informations, from comrades in various colleges of West Bengal, suffering alike, and also from the sincere well-wishers of this community.
